All donations made to Her 2 Positiva are processed through the Payphone payment platform, a service developed in Ecuador that allows for credit and debit card collections and payments via smart devices.

Payphone guarantees high security standards, including:

1. Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring data protection and availability.

2. Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode certifications provide an additional layer of authentication for secure transactions.

3. Compliance with security standards, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), which establish strict measures for the protection of card data.

Donors' personal data will not be shared with third parties outside the payment platform management system and will be used exclusively for the purposes of the campaign. Appropriate technical and organizational measures will be implemented to ensure its security and confidentiality.
